This link may be used to make a payment to United Fidelity Funding via a secure online check delivery system. For security and privacy, the actual signature is not stored only the hundreds of coordinates of the mouse movements, and those coordinates are encrypted when saved. These are decrypted and converted into an image of the signature only when the final check is created, and then the actual image is deleted.
Electronic signatures are secure and legally enforceable as outlined in the Congressional Electronics Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000. Your electronic signature combined with the capture of your computer's IP address, the image verification required to submit the check form, and the unique transaction number assigned to every check far exceed the requirements for a legally binding e-signature.

2010
February 2010 United Fidelility Funding, Corp rolls out an interactive document order form that originators can complete to order their initial disclosures or re-disclosure directly out of the EAGLE platform. This will ensure that fees are not missed by originators on the new binding GFE, causing very costly mistakes at closing.
January 2010 United Fidelity Funding, Corp allows brokers to order their HVCC compliant appraisals directly from the EAGLE platform. This process maintains HVCC compliance and gives the originator control.

2009
December 2009 United Fidelity Funding, Corp obtains new warehouse lines which triple its current lending capacity. This will allow UFF to maintain its current rate of growth; allowing UFF to serve more brokers in 2010.
July 2009 United Fidelity Funding, Corp signs with Loan Score Decisioning Platform to offer a complete front end price engine and AUS for originators to receive instant loan approvals and live pricing scenarios. The name of the platform is EAGLE (which stands for Electronic Automated Guaranteed Loan Engine).
January 2009 Sean O'Leary joins United Fidelity Funding, Corp as the National Sales Manager. Sean has over 20 years of experience and is a valuable addition to the UFF family. Sean will look to expand and develop the lending territory through out the states which UFF is licensed to do business.
2008
May 2008 United Fidelity Funding, Corp utilizes Delmar Datatrac's Docutrac platform to transition to an entirely paperless submission, underwriting and document shipping and storage work flow. Countless numbers of hours, thousands of dollars and hundreds of trees are saved (and counting) as a result of this transition. Overall efficiency is increased.
March 2008 United Fidelity Funding, Corp rolls out USDA's guaranteed rural housing 102% financing program to all brokers.

Net Worth
$63,000, with $25,000 for each additional branch office
Liquid Assets
All mortgagees must maintain liquid assets (cash or readily convertible to cash, etc.) of 20% of their net worth - up to a maximum of $100,000
Staffing
The office must staff at least three (3) employees that conduct mortgage activities so that their office will be open to the public during normal business hours. All employees of the mortgagee, except the receptionist, must be employed exclusively and conduct only mortgage business during normal business hours.
Quality Control
The mortgagee must have in writing and maintain an on-going quality control plan.
Business Changes
All changes to the business operations must be reported within ten (10) days. Corporate changes include, but are not limited to, liquidation, termination, name change, location change or changes to the executives.
General Appraiser Approval Criteria
Credentials
Only FHA Certified Residential Appraisers. No appraisers requiring a supervisory signature.
E&O Insurance
Valid errors and omissions insurance with minimum coverage of $300,000
Technology
Appraisers must be able receive orders by email and have web access to upload appraisals upon completion.
Submit a sample appraisal for initial approval. Subsequent orders will be scored by an automated system. Appraisers are required to maintain a score of 80% to maintain eligibility.
Licensing Changes
All changes to the appraisers status must be reported immediatly. Changes include, but are not limited to licensing status changes, lapse of E&O insurance.
UFF Policy
UFF will maintain no fewer than 3 and no more than 10 appraisers per county which we do business. We look for appraisers with a very high work ethic, high capacity and high integrity. Any appraisers which violate the sanctity of the HVCC guidelines or generally accepted appraisal standards are excluded from future rotation of new appraisal orders.

No lock forms are available. All loan locks are processed though the EAGLE web site. Any lock maintanence or extensions can be accomplished by
1. Calling the lock desk at (866) 760-0600 during normal posted lock desk hours or
2. Send an e-mail to submit_uffmortgage.com. If sending an e-mail you must have the word 'LOCK' in the subject line for it to get routed to the lock desk.
Doc Order Forms
Only final document scheduling forms are utilized. All disclosure document ordering is processed though the EAGLE web site.
Final document fees are prepared based off of the most recent Good Faith Estimate. Any disclosure or redisclosure of the Good Faith Estimate must be ordered through the EAGLE web site. All disclosures are emailed to the originator and borrower simultaneosly. Providing the borrower's e-mail address will expedite your closing.
